Process flow

1. Use samarium iron nitrogen magnetic powder, CPE and antioxidant to mix in a closed mixer, and then crush it into particles
2. Produced by calendering or extrusion into materials that require thickness and diameter
3. UV oil coating or PVC and PET paste
4. Magnetization, testing, packaging

Application

• This is widely used with whiteboard, it's writable and can be written times. Color of surface PVC can be bright white, matte white or other customized colors;
• Thickness of the sheet can be ≥0.3mm.
• SmFeN material with much better rusty proof performance comopared to NdFeB rubber, and this material has much higher magnetic strength than ferrite material. More and more clients choose to take this new advantaged material for replacing NdFeB flexible or rubber magnet. Relative stable cost is also a advatage for this new material.
